Quality Assurance and production teams work independently of each other. The quality team reports directly to our head office in Vancouver and audits and metrics are reported live during production via ERP. Maintaining this separation in operation has enabled us to achieve very high levels of product quality offering AQL levels as low as 1.5. With a close partnership with SGS and Bureau Veritas laboratories, we have set out one of the most comprehensive lab testing protocols and every production lot must be evaluated against this protocol.
Our systems are time tested and proven to produce accuracy and consistency. With most of our efforts being concentrated at the preproduction and pilot run stages, we have ensured that our production lines are among the best in the world when it comes to product quality, consistency, and efficiency.
