Product styling and fitting is at the heart of our apparel production process. Starting with fit blocks all samples are first developed as muslin mocks before moving into actual sample fit development. A base block has to be approved prior to sampling. Building our base patterns and markers using Gerber systems connected across all our factories via VPN, we are able to maintain a consistent and accurate fit right through from sample stage all the way to bulk.
